Mitotwee is a web application designed to assist small store owners in managing their inventory and sales. By using Mitotwee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the application.
Mitotwee now requires user accounts, with data saved securely via Clerk.com. This allows for cloud synchronization, ensuring your data is accessible across devices. User accounts are created using your email address, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Mitotwee stores sari-sari store data, including products, subscriptions, sales, and other related information, with Xata, a third-party provider specializing in secure data management. We prioritize your data security and privacy, employing industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.
Mitotwee is designed and owned by Amito, a software development service provider catering to small businesses, particularly in the Philippines. All intellectual property rights associated with Mitotwee belong to Amito.
Mitotwee offers a free 14-day trial period, allowing users to experience the app's features before committing to a subscription. After the trial period, access to Mitotwee will require a subscription. We offer both yearly and monthly plans at affordable rates. Pricing details and subscription options will be communicated clearly on our website and within the app. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to the pricing structure.
Mitotwee is designed for small to medium-sized businesses seeking inventory management and sales tracking tools. While the app aims to be accurate, Amito is not liable for discrepancies caused by external factors such as theft. The app's purpose is to assist in inventory management and sales recording, and it does not guarantee the prevention of losses.
Mitotwee relies on online functionality for data synchronization. The app can be used offline for recording products, orders, and sales, but it requires periodic synchronization. Users can set the synchronization interval to 1 hour, 4 hours, or 8 hours. Amito reserves the right to terminate or suspend Mitotwee due to unforeseen circumstances, such as maintenance costs or operational issues. In such cases, collected user data will be deleted. Users may request an exported version of their data before termination.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of Mitotwee shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
Amito reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to serve the best interests of its users. Updates will be announced on the Mitotwee website and communicated to registered users via email.
By using Mitotwee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
